Since Martin started out as a one-man band in 2013, Mr Heat has grown organically into a small team of five individuals.
Our team brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in heating and plumbing.
Together, we are focused around a simple aim, to keep our customers happy, safe and warm. Say hello to the team.
Our Team
Martin Reeves
Heating Engineer and owner
Martin established the business back in 2015. As well as leading the rest of the team, Martin is an expert in boiler repairs and servicing - there's not much he doesn't know about the inner workings of a boiler!
James Becke
Heating Engineer
James has been with us since 2017 and is our lead boiler installer. Very much a safe pair of hands, James is an expert in finding solutions and overcoming the challenges that quite often come with complex installation projects.
Richard Turner
Plumber
Richard specialises in plumbing work and is also a valuable pair of hands working on our installation projects. With a background in carpentry and joinery, Richard has an incredible eye for detail and those all important finishing touches.
Rachel Reeves
Office Manager
With a 20 year background in marketing, Rachel is responsible for customer service and generally keeping people happy! Managing the Mr Heat office, Rachel liaises with customers and makes the day to day operations of the business run smoothly.
