An annual boiler service is vital in making sure your boiler and gas appliances are working safely and efficiently.

If your boiler is under warranty, the manufacturer will insist on a yearly service to keep the guarantee valid and pay out for any claims/repairs.

Servicing the boiler ensures it is working efficiently, which will in turn reduce fuel bills. You will also save money on costly boiler repairs as minor issues will be dealt with as part of the service, before they turn into more serious issues if left alone.

How does it work? We will:

Check the operating pressure
Make sure there are no unsafe emissions
Make sure the boiler and controls are operating safely
Check for any corrosion and leaks
Strip down the heat exchanger to check for integrity
Fill in a maintenance service sheet with recommendations for further improvements.
